Shipping Rates and Policies

**Order Processing**
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays) only. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

**Shipping**
Please note that if you select "2nd Day Air" or any other express shipping method, that your package will NOT arrive 2 days from the day you ordered. Once your order has been processed (up to 5 business days) and you allow the 5-10 business days for production, then your item(s) will be shipped according to the shipping method that you chose. Some orders ship out faster depending on our inventory on hand. RUSH ORDERS - for an additional $10 plus express shipping upgrade we can rush your order to you based on if the product(s) are available. Please contact customer service if your "need by date" is within 10 business days of your order.
All orders $100 or more will be shipped with "signature required" which requires someone to be home to sign for the package.
We currently only ship to the US.

**Guarantee & Satisfaction**
We offer nothing but the best! Most of our team here at Everlasting Memories, Inc. are consumers just like you, so we have been in your shoes before. Treating each customer and order the way we would like ours to be treated is how we maintain such a large amount of satisfied customers. We also know that we can not control everything, like when items will be placed on back order or when they will come back in. That is the responsability of our manufactures, we do however try our hardest to get information about when items will be back in stock. Please note that we can not guarantee that back ordered item(s) will be back in stock when the manufacturer tells us they will be.

**Our Return & Exchange policy***
Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged if the return is made 60 days or less from purchase date, and in the origional packaging and condition. All personalized items are NON-Refundable. Shipping and processing charges are NON-Refundable. The customer is responsable for any additional shipping charges on returns or exchanges.

**Payment**
We are currently using Pal Pay as our payment system, even if you do not have a Pay Pal account you can still pay with Credit/Debit card thru it. We mostly accept Credit or Debit cards, occasionally we accept checks mailed to us. If you do pay by check then your order will not be processed until the check clears which will delay the order. If we are having a problem processing your credit/debit card or if it declines then a customer service rep will contact you at the phone number provided during ordering.
We accept U.S. Currency ONLY.

**Disputes or Chargebacks**
Any notification of dispute or chargeback by a credit card company or refusing to release funds for merchandise purchased through our store will immediately result in additional billing fees (between $25-$35). Each time a customer disputes a charge on their account, the credit card company typically charges the merchant a chargeback fee, plus our office charges a research fee of $10. Regardless if the dispute is eventually resolved or not, these fee's WILL be applied on any and all disputes and/or chargeback's received by us which results in a fee assessed by the credit card company. Any dispute(s) that are not resolved by the Credit Card Company will be turned over to collections immediately.
